Tip #2 – Listen to Your Cravings
Listen to your body until you can trust what she asks to eat. This is a technique I learned while getting over a serious illness in my twenties. I had to really focus internally and learn the difference between what my mouth was used to wanting and what my body really desired. Once I could tell the difference, it was amazing to see how, as my nutritional needs changed, my cravings did, too. And, the best part is how good it feels when your body starts getting the nutrition and flavors she wants. Delicious!
